Edward started investing in real estate in the early 1990s. Over time, he built up a multi-million real estate portfolio which includes properties in UK, Singapore, Germany, China, Japan and Malaysia. He has also set up and monetised a successful business enterprise, achieved top results as a financial adviser in a leading bank, gained invaluable experiences and networks in global Temasek-linked corporations.
Edward joined SEED Global Investment Pte Ltd in 2016, and since then has used his expertise in real estate investing to reach out and help many in his network.
Project Innkeeper is supported on the ground, by a full-time specialist in the House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) and Co-Living sectors, who has been an investor himself since 2017. We work closely with the best-in-class local power team, from acquisition, refurbishment and management services.We only invest in areas where property prices represent good value for money. As with all property investments it’s about location, location, location. Our local sourcing teams know what works in the area where we invest. We know the streets to avoid and even the properties within a street that just won’t work. HMOs require specialist management and marketing in order for them to run smoothly and minimise voids.
